The change is a direct response to feedback from families, students and staff, and it marks a significant step forward in elevating the quality, design, and fit of our school uniform.
The entire uniform has been redesigned for a modern, practical, and cohesive look – covering both the academic and sports range.
The online uniform store clearly shows what garments are compulsory, where there is an either/ or choice, and what’s optional.
No. Some items are compulsory, and in some cases you can choose between approved options. Other items are optional. The online store labels this clearly.
The uniform is designed as a ‘collection’ - this means that there is no longer a summer or winter range and students can mix and match items such as long versus short sleeve shirts and blouses, giving students flexibility day to day.
The Lookbook gives a visual guide to the full range and the uniform requirements for junior and senior students (boys and girls, academic and sports).
The difference comes down to personal comfort and fabric composition.
While they look similar, the junior soft jacket has a higher cotton content (86% polyester / 14% cotton), making it softer and more flexible. The regular softshell jacket is more structured and made from 95% polyester / 5% spandex/ fleece.
Yes. Boys’ trousers are now offered in regular and slim fits. The difference is in the leg shape, allowing students to choose the fit that feels right for them.
Each item has a Sizing Guide link with detailed measurements to help you choose the best size.
The Sizing Guide page also includes a ‘how to measure’ video and other resources to help you order with confidence.
Yes. Your campus will share details about when and how you can access these try-on opportunities.
No, you can order directly online. Try-on opportunities are optional if you'd like extra confidence with choosing sizes.
If between sizes, we recommend choosing the larger size to allow for comfort and room to grow. Check the Sizing Guide page for resources and if you're still unsure, email [email protected]
We’re committed to making sure every student’s uniform fits well and feels comfortable.
Most students will fit standard sizes. If your child’s measurements are more than 10cm (approximately 4 inches) outside the standard garment sizing for any key area, additional fitting support may be needed.
A guide to custom sizing is available on the Sizing Guide page.
Our customer service team will assess whether a tailor-made garment is required. If approved, this will be provided at no extra cost. Please allow approximately 4 weeks for production, plus shipping time.
We have updated relevant uniform products with smaller sizes to accommodate younger students in the Caribbean. Please refer to the sizing charts on each individual product page.

The Uniform Starter Kit voucher is a one-off allowance to help families with the cost of purchasing compulsory new uniform items.
It’s intended to support families who may be experiencing financial difficulty and need extra assistance. While available to any family in need, we kindly ask that vouchers be used only when genuinely required, as they do represent a significant cost to the school.
If you have multiple children, you’re welcome to use just one voucher if that helps manage costs more easily.
This support is designed to ensure every child can start the new school year in the correct OneSchool uniform.
Every student is eligible for a voucher, including those starting at OSG in 2026. Families are asked to access this assistance only if required.
The voucher has been calculated to cover essential (compulsory) items, and the value will differ for junior and senior students. Vouchers are emailed directly to parents with the specific voucher value clearly outlined.
Each family will receive a separate email per student, with a unique voucher code and instructions.
Southern hemisphere - vouchers were issued on Monday 17 November 2025.
Northern hemisphere - vouchers will be issued during May 2026, with emails sent over several days.
Voucher emails are sent in batches and may take up to 2-3 days to reach all families.
If you have still not received your voucher after this window, please contact [email protected]
The voucher is to be redeemed through the online uniform store.
Full instructions will be included in your voucher email.
⚠️ Important: Once you apply the voucher code, you must complete checkout otherwise the voucher will lapse. If you exit before completing checkout, the voucher code will not re-activate. Remember - please only apply the voucher code when you’ve finalised your order and are ready to checkout.
First, check that you've entered the code exactly as it appears in your email.
A voucher code may not work correctly for several reasons, including if:
No. The voucher must be used in a single transaction. Any unused balance cannot be carried over or used in a subsequent transaction.
No. Please place one order per student. Each student's unique voucher code will need to be applied separately.
